From our small beginning 17 years ago as a property maintenance company, we have grown to become one of Orange County’s leading remodeling, design+build, and property service contractors.
You probably know some of our work, if you’re a fan of the hit HGTV show Flip-or-Flop, where we have worked closely with Tarek and Christina to remodel neglected homes throughout Orange County.
As our business evolved over the years, we never wavered from our core beliefs:
- Exceptional Quality
- Exceptional customer communications
- Timely completion
- Do what you say you’re going to do
To further those core beliefs, we felt we needed to further build our management team. As a result earlier this year we acquired and merged with Erichson Construction, one of the most respected providers of design+build with over 35 years of experience. The new combined companies are now Cornerstone Construction & Property Services, LLC.
Our new company, led by Frank Erichson, brings the best of all aspects of interior and exterior home remodeling and new construction. Further enabling us to better serve the homeowners of Orange County with an even greater commitment to Quality, Communications, Completion and follow up.
We have had the privilege to help thousands of homeowners make their dreams a reality. We pride ourselves on core values of honesty and integrity, respect, teamwork and family. We do this by creating a great customer experience, with continued focus and attention to detail throughout the design+build process. Our goal for every project is to hear “We Love It” when we are finished. Anything short of those words are considered a failure here at Cornerstone.
From concept to completion our expert team is with you every step of the way. We understand our customers needs because we are exceptional “listeners” and provide innovative customized solutions with an elegance and style that is all your own.
Let your new beginnings start with “Cornerstone”.
