Such a fantastic transformation – as you can see! This ho-hum long-overlooked home was in desperate need of a “curb to fence-line ceiling to floor” remodel! The interior was dark and dated, brickwork old, but not in a way that gave interest or value to the house. The kitchen, small, over-crowded, dark and again, so dated! With new white cabinets, quartz counters, sleek grey subway tile back splash and grey hued laminate plank flooring – all new appliances, contemporary lighting and overhead fans elevated the kitchen to that of a “model home!” The master bed and bath also underwent a lightening and brightening transformation that included a new walk-in closet and gorgeous large shower with floor to ceiling white Italian marble and trimmed with a magnificent ladder stacked glass mosaic which created a dramatic feature wall. Throughout the house there is a lovely light and well lit flow, open spaces so inviting from every vantage point. Cornerstone not only did all the work on this home but bought it also!
