“DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH” MID-CENTURY COSTA MESA, TURNED OUT TO BE THE NEIGHBORHOOD “GEM”!!!
Cornerstone is excited to share the airing information of a *NEW* season 4 Episode of #fliporflop on #HGTV This Thursday 01.14.2016 “Diamond In The Rough” airing @ 9pm PST, please check your local cable channel for times in your area!
This Costa Mesa property is centered around “Tarek and Christina being contacted by an out-of-state seller looking to sell an old family home. It’s a large house in original condition and could be a great flip. But it’s also more expensive than their usual projects and the renovation could get pricey on this mid-century modern time capsule. Can Tarek and Christina turn a big money profit from this big money flip?”
We hope you will tune in with us to see the gorgeous outcome! We look forward to your feedback and as always ~ THANK YOU for your support!

Sam,
Loved this remodel – was concerned about the blue door color Christina chose but turned out really nice. Great job by your company on the remodel. Looked Super!

Hi Jon!
Thank you for your patience! The wood flooring is a DuChateau product we purchased from an authorized dealer, State College Distributors in Anaheim, CA. The marble pattern and shower tiles are from Ollin Stone in Anaheim… Ollinstone.com and there are some nice photos of DuChateau floors at duchateau.com
Best of Luck to you Jon!
Thank you again for your inquiry.
Sam
Is there any way to find out the name of the color used on the front door? I am trying to find just the right blue for mine without success but that is the look I want! Thanks!
Hi I would really like to know the color of this blue door Christina chose. I’ve tried to match it but have been unsuccessful. I really need the color please
Thank you – Cecilia
Hi Sam,
I truly love the work that was done in this particular house! Simply beautiful! I was wondering if there’s a way for you to let me know the color of the front door? that color just popped and really made the house stand out. I’m currently remodeling my own house and would like to use that color as well. You don’t see a lot of colors like that in Miami. 😉 Thanks for any information you can give me.
Sincerely,
Dalvys
