Natural Disaster!
Located in Anaheim Hills, CA. Cornerstone Property Services is contracted by Tarek and Christina, as they get a lead from their friend and investor, Pete, on a house he’s recently purchased. It’s situated in an upscale, gated neighborhood and it’s a house Pete can’t tackle on his own. A large, expensive flip can mean equally large profits; but it also takes time and even the littlest mistake is magnified. Will Tarek and Christina be able to partner with Pete to score their biggest profit yet, or could they lose it all in this natural disaster flip? Let’s see what Cornerstone can do!
VIEWING Schedule:
Sun/Feb.14@11amPST – Thurs/Feb.18@9:30pmPST
Fri/Feb.19@12:30amPST Thank You for tuning in!

My husband and I both love your website, your pictures and updates, you are doing a great job. We also love the fact that there owner named the company Cornerstone since it refers to God’s word in scripture in Isaiah 28:16-17 and we are both God loving people who like to do business with companies we can trust. Let the owner know that we can tell by watching Flip or Flop that he is a man of God just the way he conducts himself and we plan an having him out to our home in Yorba Linda (the city that Tarek and Christina live in also) in the near future since we have several jobs that we would like him to bid on. Keep up the great work and we wanted to know if the owner uses his own people that work for him exclusively or does he subcontract out the work. We live in a large homeowners association with estate size homes in Yorba Linda and if we have work done by Cornerstone we want to make sure we give referrals to get the word out to help this man of God and great company continue to prosper. In closing, could you please email me back since I have a few questions concerning lead time for getting bids so that I can plan in advance factoring in that you are already working on other projects. We want to work with the owner when it comes time to get the bids since we are looking for a God based company that is family owned and operated and who treat their workers as part of the family. Great job on the blog, website and thanking you in advance for your timely response. God Bless.

Hi Sam, I am Candy and some of the information I just sent are questions for you and the owner. The other part about how great your website, pictures and other information about the name of the company and how great the owner conducts himself that can be posted. The parts on the use of subcontractors or lead times I should have sent through your contract email. I am new to being on a blog so I am sorry if you have to condense my email since some of it is personal. Thank you for taking the parts that help let others know how great your work and the work of the owner is and the rest if you can not post and contact me that would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi Sam,
I really appreciate the verse from Isaiah. I will be keeping Cornerstone in mind for a major reno I am planning in the near future. I have a question- would you be able to find out what countertop material/color they used in the kitchen in the Flip or Flop “Natural Disaster” episode?
    Thanks,
    Julie
